I’ve been such a delinquent blogger, but my life is busy and sometimes what I like doing most gets put on the back burner. Or I may have just found (gotten) a new toy that I have enjoyed playing with. In this case, it’s mostly the latter but the former is true, too. I was gone all day Monday in New Jersey visiting my brother-in-law and his wife, Tuesday was grocery shopping and cleaning. My daughter and I worked on cleaning out the refrigerator and the pantry (well, I helped with the frig but she did the pantry except for the floor; two people just cannot fit in the pantry) before we put the food away. They both were in desperate need of a good cleaning. Somehow, we just can’t keep the frig clean and I’m not sure why (I’ll blame it on the male species, LOL!). As for the new toy, well let’s just say I’ve been having a ball. I no longer have to read email on my little phone nor do I have to stay here in the dungeon to read. I was able to purchase a tablet with earnings from surveys and such and a good 0% interest deal on my credit card. It’s a refurb, but I’m loving it!! I’ve been reading a lot of reviews of various tablets and when this one came up I can honestly say that I had never heard of it. I read lots of reviews on this one after seeing it and nobody had anything bad to say about it. So, I now have one of these:

With my gift cards and points I was also able to get a 32 GB micro SD card to expand the memory and a case with a bluetooth keyboard. I don’t have the case and keyboard yet because they shipped from China. But I’m looking forward to getting it!! If you have the opportunity and have been wanting a tablet, this is the one to get. I got a refurb so it was somewhat less expensive, but it was soooooo worth it!!
I was able to download both the Kindle app and the Nook app and already have over 150 books on this thing. Now I will have any kind of book you can imagine with me at any given time. I also have a Bible app which I absolutely love. I love being able to have my Bible with me at all times.
One other bit of business before I post the layouts. You may have noticed that I have disabled right click here on my blog. That is for piracy reasons. Several of you have mentioned that you use that feature to open a new window/tab so that you don’t have to leave my blog. There is another way to accomplish that same thing: control + click. If you hold the control key down while clicking the link, a new tab will open. I also try to remember to set all my links to open in a new tab. So you shouldn’t have to worry about that anymore. For my own protection, I will be keeping the right click option disabled. I apologize for that inconvenience, but I feel that I have to.
Now on to the layouts. These layouts all use my newest kit to hit the store, Let Freedom Ring. This kit was added in plenty of time so that you could have something new to use when you scrap your July 4th pictures. Here’s a preview of the kit with the layouts following.

I hope that you will head on over to the store and take a look at the kit.
Be sure to add your layouts to my gallery — I’d love to see what you have done with my kits!
Keep scrappin’,
