Housecleaning Info

I’m back with a quick update, but you may not want to hear what I’m going to say. I’ve decided, for reasons that I can’t go into here, that I’m going to cut back on my designing for just a bit. Part of that reason is the old flare up of the neck but now my “mouse arm” is involved. I’m not really sure what is going on, but I’m hoping some rest will do it some real good. My store will still be open and I’m going to be adding old kits to the store. So keep popping over there to see what has been added. Basically, unfortunately for you, I’m cutting back on my freebies. Summer is a rough time for me to get freebie posted because I’m away so much. But this summer has been worse.

I’m hoping, once again, that you will all stick with me and keep checking back once in a while. You never know when I’ll pop up and offer a freebie for you!

One last note before I sign off. If you have purchased a kit from me and would like me to make a contact sheet for you, please click here to email me and let me know which kit you would like the contact sheet for. I will be more than happy to make one for you. I’ll be working on making contact sheets for all the kits that are in the store. Now when you order a kit, you will get a link for the contact sheet(s) also.

Thanks so much for your understanding and for sticking with me! Feel free to leave a comment below, in my shout box or by email.

Blessings,

P.S. Kits in the store will no longer be available in Tagger size or Scrapbook Max! booster packs. If you are interested in purchasing one of my kits in either of those formats, you will need to email me before ordering. Making those sizes requires additional work and I will need to charge an additional $1.00 for those sizes. Thanks for your understanding!

Hmmmm . . . .

I seems that some of you are still having problems with downloading Picnic in the Park. I’m 99.99% certain that it’s a problem with MediaFire. However, if you are too frustrated to continue trying to download it and still want my part, click here to email me and I will take care of the problem!

Marci, Schellie, JHawk and Heather: please click here to email me to let me know what kit you want.

The ladies that are receiving the free kit did NOT know that would happen. I really want your feedback and I’m hoping that this surprise will encourage you all to give me your feedback when I ask for it! You just never know what I’ll do! 🙂

Blessings,

New Addition to Kits

II got feedback from 4 of my readers that they would appreciate contact sheets in each kit. So thanks to them, you all reap the benefit.

This is what my contact sheets will look like:

Contact Sheet_0001

Each sheet will have the kit name on the top and at the bottom you will see the page number. If there are 3 pages, it will read page 1 of 3, page 2 of 3 and so on.

Now, if you are unfamiliar with how to use these, here are two suggestions;

  1. Print them out, put them in plastic sleeves for protection and place in a binder by kit name, designer name, subject matter, etc.
  2. Create a folder on your hard drive for all contact sheets and file them there by kit name, designer, subject matter, etc.

Now when you want to find the right elements and paper to use when scrapping, go to your contact sheets and you will see everything right in front of you. I know not all designers use contact sheets, but I will be including them in my kits. To save space on your hard drives, I will be saving my contact sheets as a PDF. Everyone has the capability of opening and printing PDF’s by using this free program.

I hope that these will benefit you in your scrapping! Have a scappingly great day!

Blessings,

P.S. The four wonderful ladies that responded to my plea for suggestions, will be receiving a freebie kit for their time. Marci, Schellie, JHawk and Heather, please head on over to my store, choose which kit you would like and send me an email with that information so that I can send the links directly to you! Thanks, ladies, for your help!! 🙂 Please email me at carolyn (at) digicyberscraps (dot) com. Thanks.
